Pricing
File Secure Pro® is a monthly service. There are no contracts, cancellation rules or hidden charges.
Upon registration, you will be charged the stated SIGN UP FEE. The billing period is 30 days. If you cancel during your first
30 days, you will not incur further charges.
After each 30 day usage period, you are charged the BASE MONTHLY FEE, plus a SPACE USAGE FEE based on your average server space
usage. You are only billed for what you use for the previous 30 days.

Space usage includes all files*, passwords and user data stored in your account database. This space is calculated daily based
on an average of daily space storage. Then after the 30 day billing cycle, those daily amounts are averaged to determine the
final SPACE USAGE FEE.
For example, if your total server space usage averages to be 5 MB for the last 30 days, then your total monthly charge will be: $69.50 ($67.00 + $2.50). - You can cancel this service anytime.

Upon cancellation you will be charged a final prorated amount based on your unbilled usage. [Note: If you cancel during your first
30 days of service, this does not apply.]

* Files are not required to be stored on our server. When protecting a file, you have the option
to distribute the file from your server or any location you choose. This may be an option if you have a large number of files, or
very large files. This will avoid file storage costs and reduce your monthly space usage fee.
