What your customer will see

 
  1. To access a protected file your customer must first register a unique password key. (We support several methods of distributing a password key to your users.)
  2. When the customer opens the file for the first time, they must enter that password. Once this occurs, the File Secure Pro system marks this password as REGISTERED. That means no one else will be able to register the password and open the file.
  3. If the customer sends the file and password to their friend, when the friend attempts to open the file, the File Secure Pro system will check to see if the password has been registered. Since it has, the friend will not be allowed to open or view the file.

This verification system makes accessing copies of the file impossible. You can make 1,000 copies of the file, but they will not open. They will remain encrypted. The only user who can decrypt and access the file is the registered owner.
